Help needed for custom report

I am trying to get custom reports to produce a report like the attached, but only with only one line. What do I need to change. The info is coming from Purchase Invoice - reference.

Any help much appreciated. V25.8.3

@Grandpa Have you created your report using Advance Query? With this, all the information contained in the purchase invoice can be easily obtained.
