pictures below show a custom report that is almost perfect for me.
i would like to see a date column at the left for this set up, but could
not figure out how to arrange?
maybe someone more experienced is able to help me with this ?

Date is displayed in that position automatically. The ability to remove it or move it is no longer an option.
The date is not shown when a unique date no longer existing. This occurs when you collapse multiple lines (each with a unique date). The totals which are displayed, in general do not have a unique date so date is not shown.
In summary, date is not shown when you use “Groups to collapse”
Add ClearDate as first column
