Help: Cloud server is not responding

Dear @lubos, when I try to load my cloud manager page it gets stuck loading then it gives me “502 Bad Gateway”.

I have tried logging in to another manager server and it worked, so it must be something with my own server.

I have left a couple of screen open, one on themes edit and the other on report transformation like 20 minutes ago and then I lost power temporarily and then this happened.

Go to and click Restart Cloud Server button. This could fix your issue.
