I recently changed my theme on manager. However, it keeps reverting to the in-built theme every time even after selecting the desired theme. Please assist.
That’s the way it is. Once you select a custom theme for a specific transaction form (just one transaction, not all transactions of a type) it will remain for that document. But every new transaction reverts.
Many people have complained about this, but so far, @lubos has not indicated whether it will be changed. This was done in response to one user’s complaint about a custom theme developed only for one type of transaction being used on other kinds of forms because he or she forgot to change back.
I`m facing the same issue in cloud Manager.
Same issue, same answer. There currently is no help. Future changes may occur.
