It would be great if we had an option to drag businesses in groups. For example if few projects are of same categories then there should be an option to create a group to access those businesses only. Also if any business is closed or have ended, I should be able to create a group naming it “Closed …

You can definitly manage that by creating your own template in the template gallery:
