Having trouble when want to apply tax on different percentage on bill amount like :-
Bill amount is = 100000.00
want to add 5 % tax on 85% of bill amount
also want to add another tax like this on same bill for same bill amount of different % of bill amount

Yes, you just need to split invoice into multiple line items.
For example, if invoice is for 100,000 and you want to apply 5% tax on 85% of the amount, you will need to click Add line button on invoice to have two line items. One for 85,000 onto which you can select 5% tax code and one for 15,000 which can have another tax code or no tax code.
