You can not within Manager.
You will have to use external software to either combine or divide the records you enter into Manager.

The solution discussed below would help you but I’m not aware of any intention of implementing it atm

I envision the combined entity functionality would work by: having a tab which could be enabled if needed. It would have the ability to define and name groups of contacts (suppliers and customers). You could try to use tracking codes but I do not believe they are really designed for your application.
