I want to create a separate form, I want to create a form i.e. like a sales quote in which I can make customize implementation from scratch.
That is not possible.
@umer_khana, why would you want to create a form from scratch? Sales quotes already exist. If you want to change their appearance, use a custom theme.
Because sales quote has some limitation like Description is always mentioned in the start. I want to customize it and put some other field at the start.
What other field?
Rearranging the order of presentation does not call for a new form, which Manager would not accommodate. It requires a custom theme. Besides, the Description column only comes first if you have no content in columns that normally come before it.
Rather than being vague, describe exactly what you want to accomplish.
