Manager can probably do the accounting aspect of this relationship.
In the church Business, the members are customers (they pay money for the product your church sells - even though the price and deliverables are not set).
If some members also supply product to the church business, those members may also need to be entered into Manager as suppliers or employees.
I assume there is other aspects of the church’s membership management which need to be recorded within the churches information management system. For that you will need to investigate other software products, not accounting software.
