Iam failing to understand whether our issues are surely being taken care of.
These (Notes) in the above picture are all the Collapsed groups which are supposed to “Open” when clicked on. But they are inactive now for 12 days and complaints are raised but no one corrects the issue.
What is not happening at Manager.io as an entity?

For you are not having Groups to collapse. But those of us who have groups to collapse are feeling the pain because the groups to collapse was functioning well to bring a special detail report for the collapsed group when you click on it. The accounts underneath would appear on a seperate sheet as a special note to the Balance Sheet. Which worked well for us. So we need it back or something to cater for it be provided.
You can see they are already selected but the problem is when you are done setting them here, THEY STILL DON’T WORK IN THE BALANCE SHEET WHEN YOU WANT TO CLICK ON THEM IN THE MAIN DISPLAY OF THE BALANCE SHEET REPORT, They are not in GREEN COLOR, meaning they are inactive to open up as they were doing before.
As far as I know they have never been clickable directly on the balance sheet report. It can only be done through editing the report.
Like @AJD has said, It has always been click-able. And that is what we want back.
