Exporting Manager data into a spreadsheet

Hi all
Is it possible to export my Manager data to a spread sheet or even save into folders into a Memory stick?
My new accountant need to have access to my data but I have Manager installed in a desktop so I can’t take Manager to him.

He can install the Desktop edition, you send him a backup of your business which he can import

He will then have access to all your accounting record’s

You can use “Copy to clipboard” for all active Tabs (left column items such as payments, and customers) and Reports and paste the result into a spreadsheet. Using Advanced queries where available (most active Tabs) help to filter exactly what you’d like.
