Export to excel Less expenses details

Hi,

The expenses claim can be exported to excel through the button at the bottom of the page.

There’s a way to export to excel in the same way all the company “less expenses” details?

You can export it to excel and then make changes as needed in excel itself.

How to export all of them? (Not only the expenses claim)

You can only export the page you are viewing (plus continuation pages if it is a multi-page list).

I know this.

My goal was to import to excel ALL the company expenses (no matter if they are expenses claim or direct expenses).
Looks like there’s no way to do it.

What are you trying to accomplish? There may be a way to get the information you want.

I would like to have an excel index of all my company expenses. It would be useful for a better organization and archive of all the expenses receipts and papers

Currently i do it manually, adding the missing strings to the exce index pf the expenses claim.

You are sacrificing the benefits of a computer-based accounting system to do things manually and have parallel electronic files. If you want to know the register of expenses for an account, click on the balance of the account on the Summary page.

I probably didn’t explain myself well.
When I archive all the receipts (papers, tickets, invoices, etc) at the end of a financial year, and give them to the auditors, I’d like my papers to be sorted properly and add an index as a recap of what i gave to the audit team.

I don’t do much work manually, just a quick workaround.

In my view, having an “export button” for all the “Less expenses” or just a custom report in a report section for this purpose, it would be helpful.
Take this as a suggestion to improve the software, but if you think it’s useless, then forget it.

Have you looked at the General Ledger Transactions report?

I did… but if you try to export it on an excel, it keeps all the info in one cell.

But you got the point… maybe just improving this report would works

Then you are not doing the export corrrectly. Make sure you have read and understand the Guide on exporting lists and reports.
