Can we have Expiry Time Option like Expiry Date on Qoutation
because few of our Quotations are Valid for Few Hours (In Online Business)

No. Manager does not account on a time basis. Every transaction is considered to be as of the end of day. The only time reference in the program is for the History file.
The default program interface does not include fields the program does not use. If you want to communicate a time of quote expiration, put it in a custom field. That is why they exist.
