Expenses Group appear on the top list and revenue group at he bottom in chart of accounts

When I add new group for Revenue and Expenses Group for a new company, the Expenses Group went to the top list of the chart of accounts and the Revenue Group went to the bottom. Refer below screenshot:

and the summary looks like this:

How do I go about to make the revenue appear first on the top?

Next to each item you see an up and down arrow which allows you to move the item, so for example
