Getting this error:
Windows would not install internet explorer 9 so installed 8 and get this error. windows update dont show any updates and internet explorer 9 wont install.
Could you try to run Manager as Administrator? You can either right-click on Manager icon and select Run as administrator or log into Administrator account and launch it from there.
