I am running the latest server edition on Windows 10 with Chrome. I get the error message below when I hit 127.0.0.1:8080 to access the manager portal.

Resolved after downloading and reinstalling the latest version of server edition.
Weird as the error message indicates that you were already using the latest server version. I guess you just reinstalled it?
