Is there any way to enter opening balance of individual suppliers/customers in newly set up Business in Manager?

Those Guides were already updated to reflect the removal of start dates. The new versions are in the queue to be updated the next time the web site is rebuilt, which should occur today. Meanwhile, those two Guides contain little information that is not in the main Guide about starting balances: Enter starting balances | Manager. That one was already updated on the web site. And the two Guides linked above both tell you to read the main Guide first.
