Manager is a accounting software not a HR management Software.
In my Opinion these features should not be implemented in near future

A mixture of payslip items, custom fields and attachments / documents could probably achieve most of what you want.

Agree the op should look at HR Management software if they want a HR management system.

I agree with the guys that Manager isn’t an HR software, but I also would like to see some improvements here and there like possibly:

  • Leaves tab (Just a register)
  • Timesheets, which were already suggested by the developer.

However, there are certain functions that are impossible to do for a global accounting software like manager because each country will have their own labor laws and it would be a waste of effort to ensure compliance with all of them.

Yes agreed with @Ealfardan.
These can be Added in manager.
May these help in overall Develpment of manager

Is there an institution or company without employees?

Who manages the manager’s program in institutions, companies or establishments?
Is it run without employees?
Is there a company or institution without staff based on the ground?
Please think carefully before replying

Having seen the range and variety of different tax systems I would suggest that HR systems and taxes are even more complex and localised.

HR systems are best sourced locally and not embedded in a general accounting package such as Manager

Yes, there are many. Many sole proprietorships have no employees. Many users of Manager are doing accounting for social clubs, churches, or other organizations without employees. And just because a company might use a particular function, that does not mean it should be embedded in its accounting program.

Yes There are Users in manager using it and having no employess.

@Tut is Correct.

I think the list requested for the employees / HR features are way too extensive for most but given that Manager has implemented the employee tab, the payslips tab, the email tab etc it signals to me that Manager has for a few years now stepped into that HR rabbit hole.
It is important that Manager gets the basic stuff right for these already implemented “HR” features.
This sets Manager as not only an accounting application as so often referred to but as something much more.

Dear, I respect your opinion, but I have a question.
Are social clubs, churches, or other organizations without employees and have business dealing with bills, warehouses and profits?
Or is the program limited in capabilities at the individual level, not at the level of institutions that pay obligations to government agencies and the employee?

Manager can be used by any type of financial entity.

@alwakeel you should better go for a locally developed HR management application better suiting to local labour laws.

I would suggest Manager already has 100 plus pending ideas more important than HR management - no need to add one more

I can’t agree with this statement. Yes, people always demand much more than what any one system could offer, otherwise nobody would ever have to use an office suite or a custom database.
