When you email sales invoices they come up with a message “Unsupported file format” and they do not use the custom theme stored for that invoice-so no bank details etc? We are using web version
do you have problems sending email when using the default plain theme?
if no, then the custom theme might have broken after updates to Manager program.
if you are using custom theme just to show your bank details, this can be done with custom fields easily.
OK I have managed to solve problem by going in and being more careful with html in custom theme
