In any case attaching files to your email application is a question for the email app. You can also enable PDF generator in Settings → Obsolete features. In settings also provide SMTP server settings. Then the view screen will allow emailing from Manager but not back into it. You want someone to comment and return that feedback so better to Print to PDF and attach that using your normal email application.
