I updated my email password today and I am unable to change it in the M system and send emails from the M system
This is the error I get
The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.5.1 Authentication Required

You say you have followed the Guides, but you haven’t posted any of the information they ask for. No one can help if you don’t provide information.
The Email transactions and reports link had a link to
Google Gmail set up guide. How did you go with that? The error indicate you have not set up google to support email from Manager
