Email through Manager not working

Hi There, I am getting this error message when I try to email from manager…
“the remote name could not be resolved: ‘rpc.manager.io’”
I believe I have the latest version…if not how do I update the desktop version…if I download again will it keep all my transactions / info??

Download and install exactly as you did the older version(s). All you transactions will be saved, as your data is entirely separate from the program.
