Email Set up

Hi, I am using cloud server and can not set email setting to send invoice to customer,
i have tried to with below info but its is failing,
Can you please help me to solve?

Read the guide about troubleshooting email issues and/or search the forum as there are numerous posts about it.

Use the hotmail domain that works best for you
Google Domain You can use it if you have the password feature enabled for less secure applications
And create an application password that will work for you. Otherwise, use Microsoft domains

Put email address in username field also and retry

There is a problem, how can i solved this?
I have try to solve as per guide, but yet to fixed, pls advice.

Verify your hostname and username. Neither looks plausible. Neither follows correct gmail format.


No you have not as the server host name is wrong. Read this Guide again.
