Is it possible to add a foot note just after the table like where on can enter comments or notes on an invoice or quote.

This can be done using custom fields. Just set up a new field for Sales Invoices (for example) and then you have the option to enter whatever you want on a per-invoice basis.

If you would like the note to be in smaller fonts, you can type the below and in the custom field label after modifying the note as per your requirements:

Thanks, Mike, and i have tried however it seems not working as i want because all i need is a a label and a text area where i can type in what i need.
