Duplicate payment entries (sometimes)

When we create payment, sometimes it duplicates.

I wonder, are you using a web version (cloud or server) of Manager? One possible cause for this would be clicking on the ‘Create’ button twice by mistake. It may also be possible to do something similar with desktop edition on a slow computer.

Another possible cause is a genuine bug in the application. You mentioned that it “sometimes” happens. Are you able to notice any patterns in when it happens, or is there a step-by-step process you can explain that causes it to happen more frequently?

I just noticed when you click the button at the bottom of the form, only the first button would get disabled.

There is Create & add another button which wouldn’t be disabled because it’s the second button so if you’d double-click on this button, then create action could be triggered twice.

This is now fixed in the latest version (21.5.16) so double-clicking on Create & add another cannot be triggered twice.
