You only show one. Please check History if somehow this duplicate was caused by user error.
I would not make post here for one error. I also cannot send you the all transactions for each inventory item with write-offs. I think below image is enough for clarifying this matter:
So how did you enter the write-off (show screenshot).
This is clearly a bug. I would appreciate it if you stop wasting my time and yours.
Please see FAQ - Manager Forum, especially:
- Be respectful. Please treat this Forum with the same respect you would a public park. You may wish to respond to something by disagreeing with it. That is fine. But criticize ideas, not people.
Proof it! You do not provide the screenshot of the write-off as asked for.
I understand that it seems like @eko is wasting your time,
but we need more information to help you. Without the proper information we are wasting our time, but you are the only one who can provide us with the information.
I am sure that if you provide any and all information that we ask you for, we can find a solution.
@Manager_User I’m not a new user of Manager. Plus I provided sufficient screenshots. I still think it would save everyone’s time if we didn’t ask for useless screenshots. I’m not an idiot to input duplicate items across all write-offs since 2022 and then make a post here without checking the write-offs edit screens myself.
Anyways. Thanks to Lubos the bug is fixed on version 24.12.23.1999
Duplicate Inventory Write-offs - #9 by BawarYassin
Please note that your comment lacks respect and is against the statement at FAQ - Manager Forum that says:
- Be respectful. Please treat this Forum with the same respect you would a public park. You may wish to respond to something by disagreeing with it. That is fine. But criticize ideas, not people.
I also would like to point out from the same source:
Be specific. Do not just tell us a feature does not work. Explain what you have done and why you think there is an issue. If your question relates to an apparent software problem (rather than an accounting topic), tell us your operating system (including the version), Manager edition (desktop, server, or cloud), and exactly what you think is wrong. If possible, post screen shots illustrating the problem.
Asking for screenshots and explanation is a normal procedure as you are aware of. We are all volunteers that try to help each other.
