I’m using the Manager.io Cloud version, and I’ve noticed a display issue when cloning vouchers.
When I clone and save a Payment Receipt or Journal Entry, the system saves the new voucher correctly, but after saving, it still shows the previous (original) voucher on screen instead of the new one.
The new voucher appears properly in the list view, but the screen doesn’t refresh automatically to show it.
Could you please check if this is a known issue or if a fix is planned for upcoming updates?
Cloning a Journal Entry also works correctly on my cloud version.
When I clone, it creates and displays a new document on the screen.
Just like with previous transactions, we should see the Create button at the bottom.
This indicates that you’re creating a new document based on the previous one.
we are experiencing different, open JE click on Clone new document appears. now i edit it as per requirement then click Create, Now the new generated document should be show on screen but it is not, it shows the Old one, but new edited document is also generated.
Yes, but I don’t see anything unusual there. I think it’s correct if we’re taken back to the previous transaction. because that’s where we started creating the new document.

But I think that when I am creating a new document by cloning the old document, the new document should come in front of me after the finalization. because i need to see the new document not the old one.
