Description in Sales Invoice changed

Hi everyone,

I’m just wondering, before i used to just click “copy to sales invoice” from my quote and it’ll just copy it as it is. But now when I click on copy to sales invoice, the description table from the quote changed into “account” in the sales invoice and all the description of the items are gone…

anyone else experiencing this? Is there any way to change this back? because otherwise this means I won’t be able to generate invoices anymore with manager…

It would be much easier to understand what happened if you show the screens of the the Sales Quote, the Inventory Item and the resulting Sales Invoice

In each case please show the Edit screen not the View screen

Make sure the Line description button is checked for the Sales invoice.

ah omg thank you so much! never realized this! is it possible to remove the account tab though? Because it was never there before…

To make it a default setting, do the same in Form Defaults for Sales Invoices under Settings

also before this, there used to be place to put in quote number and invoice number… but now the place to put down invoice number is gone and I have 2 places for quote number…

The Reference field is where to put the Invoice Number.
