Depreciation account not showing on journal entry form

Hello . I have a problem when I use control accounts. These accounts do not appear when I make a daily entry, such as depreciation and cash

Please use a screen capture tool to post screen images- your photos are not useful

As you are using Microsoft’s Windows, the Snip tool is available

As a new user of Manager and this forum you’re advised as per my earlier reply to you that you read the forum rules at FAQ - Manager Forum If you had followed this advice and in support of @Joe91 comment the forum rules specifically state:

  • Don’t post photographs of your screen. They are usually difficult to read. Use a screen capture utility and upload screen shots using the upload icon in the Forum composing pane.

So @Mohamed_Khaled to avoid further breach of rules and enhance your success in getting useful replies you should read the information on the link I have provided twice now. Thanks!

@Mohamed_Khaled Have you read the guide for depreciation?

Go to Depreciate fixed assets | Manager

You should not use “Journal Entries” for depreciation. The control accounts will not show under journal entries.
