Can anyone please tell me how can i do automatic deductions on payslip.

What do you mean by “automatic deductions?” If you mean automatic calculations of deductions, such as a fixed percentage of wages, you cannot do that. However, if payslips are the same from pay period to pay period, you can clone a previous one with its deductions to avoid calculating again.
When i create payslip there was a options on pay slip deductions how the deductions figure automatically appear on the payslip
As I wrote, there are no automatic payslip functions.
