How do I migrate my current accounting data from Microsoft Navision to Manager ?

Basically, you do not. Every accounting program uses its own data structures. Conversion of historical data from one to another generally requires custom software, the cost of which is seldom justifiable.

You migrate to Manager by setting starting balances for permanent accounts. Read the Guides: Enter starting balances | Manager

It can be done. How much is actually done depends on the value a business places on having historical data in their new accounting system. How hard it is to do depends on what data is available on the old system and what you actually need to transfer across.
