I understand that Manager does not currently have the capability to consolidate from different businesses … more so with different currencies. I was therefore thinking if there is a way to extract data in its entirety … something like the “General Ledger Transactions” Report. I could then multiply or divide all the numbers by the exchange rate and the re-upload it.
When deciding to setup a business in Manager it contains all that is necessary to account for that business and prepare for auditing and taxation. Whenever another business is setup it would mean that there is sufficient distinction be it tax jurisdication, base currency, etc to do so otherwise you can use Divisions when reporting to a single authority with a main base currency. As @Tut mentioned you can copy data of the various businesses into a spreadsheet and derive summaries from there.
