how do i get daily sales report that will include all item sold, cash sales, credit sales and total sales for a particular day. thanks very much for your anticipated response
Under Reports - General Ledger Transactions
Go to the Summary tab - Set Period, enter the date required and then click on the balance for the applicable sales account.
Apologies for asking this question, but please advice in detail - I need total amount to daily sales in credit, daily sales on cash, and list of sales invoice as per date range. go to summary tab - then set period - then where ? p
Assuming you want the details for just one day - change the Set Period to that date
The go to the Summary tab Profit & Loss and click on the blue balance next to the desired accounts
This will display all the transactions for that day for that account. If the account contains a mix of sales type (cash & credit) then you need to export the data and sort in a spreadsheet programme.
PS: Isn’t - “daily sales in credit” and “list of sales invoices” - the same thing.
