Could an additional text box be added to sales invoices for custom notes or special terms on specific invoices.
Why not enter this text into line item
I would agree with antgweb here. I tend to use the “description” box to describe what ever service I have provided to the customer. It would be great to be able to add a seperate little note for the customer.
I use the Description column, however there are different T&Cs for different Customers. So I have to go back into the invoicing template to change invoicing text, which then means that the text on other invoices without those T&Cs is also changed.
