Custom report with discount amounts

Sir

I want Custom report with
Date
Invoice
Item
Price
Discount Amount
Total Amount
Net Amount ( Base Amount)

But I can not get the Discount Amount and Total Amount Before Discount Deduction

Please instruct me how to make this custom reports.
