Custom Report definitions lost

How can i retrieve our custom report? All the reports i made are gone.. so how can i get them back? It is hard for me to set them back again.. and why does it happen anyway ?

  • Go to History > Select the ID you have worked > Select Create
  • ctrl+f Now search Custom Report > when you find View
  • Copy the Pattern.

I have encountered the same problem. My custom report has been used since 2022. I have forgotten how to set it up. Now I need to recall it.

Means, when you open the history. In view you will find the option you have selected. Open new report and select the same.

If you have a backup of your data before your custom report was lost, you can open it in the Desktop Edition using the Manager version that matches the backup date.

You should still be able to view everything there.

This has been now fixed in the latest version (26.3.21)
