Currency

What is asked of you is to provide proper screenshots (not pictures by phone) of some of the key entry screens. Inventory items are always displayed in the base currency you specified.

You also need to specify the foreign currency and the exchange rates in settings. Many make mistakes there as they do not realize that if your base currency is AED and the foreign currency USD that you need to enter 1/exchange rate to USD) otherwise the amounts are totally wrong.

The supplier will be setup with the foreign currency and your purchases will reflect that also in receipts. If you follow all that Manager offers well then your inventory will only be displayed in the base currency.

@mohammed_shehab, the most important information you have not shared is exactly where you believe something related to inventory is not being displayed correctly. In the Inventory on hand account? On sales invoices? In the Inventory - cost account? In the Inventory Items tab listing? In the inventory item Edit screen?

Understand that inventory costs are converted to your base currency. Otherwise, you books cannot be balanced. Inventory invoicing occurs in the currency of the customer. Inventory purchasing occurs in the currency of the supplier. All of this works correctly in Manager, but you need to understand what the program is designed to do.

Because it is complex to deal with multiple currencies, we need precise information, good screen shots, and clear explanations of what you think is wrong and what you think the correct result should be. Only then will you get an explanation of how to understand and correct your records.
