when i write something in description of credtit note .i cant view Description in transactions .

I can verify that, however it took me a while to figure out what you were talking about, so let me clarify:
How to reproduce:
- Create a credit note. Add a description (at document level and/or line-item level).
- Open ‘Customers’ tab
- Click on the figure under ‘Accounts receivable’ for that customer
You’ll see a screenshot similar to what the OP posted above, with Description field empty.
@Tut or @Brucanna may be able to update this to mark it as a bug, if they agree.
Fixed in the latest version (18.1.61)
