Can I creative inventory item as one master file to contain sub-item ? just like one sport shoes as difference size.

Different size is a different product.
and you can categories it by Custom field.

Yes, I know , but sometimes when I want to change the price, I need amend all size items.

I suggest you experiment with Batch update on a backup of your Manager business file or a test business file.

That will enable you to sort your inventory items, identify a specific group, then update that group to a set price or set percentage increase via spreadsheet functionality.

You have to create a Custom Field and enable that also in the Enable columns under the Inventory Items tab.
