Create Sales Invoice from Customer failed

Hi

I log my billable time daily.
Then once a month I go to “Customer”, select the amount in “Uninvoiced” then select the Generate Sales Invoice.
This process has worked 3 times, but now it opens a new page and seem to start to generate, but then hangs without completing
I have tried to:

  1. Roll Back to previous backup.
  2. Uninstall & reinstall program, again with current back up and then with old backup.

Any other suggestion of what I can try?

You must select an invoice first using the checkboxes in order to create a sales invoice.

Please confirm whether this solves your issue.

However, you shouldn’t be able to click on New Sales Invoice without a selection and that’s why I will create a separate bug report.
