Cost per inventory location

Let me carefully explain this to my knowledge.
I purchased an invoice on ERP (the item has free cases), so I brought in the item with cost price into an inventory location and the one with no cost price (free cases) into a different inventory location.

Now, this is where I have issue; I did a sales invoice of the item with no cost price(the free cases) but when I went to check the inventory profit margin, I noticed it was sold with cost price. How do I treat this? Thank you

Manager does not separate costs of inventory on hand by location. Every inventory item has only one average price. The free cases you received lowered the average cost of all cases of that item, but those cases are not separately from a financial perspective, only from a location perspective. And they were not really free to you. They represent buying more cases at a discounted price from your supplier.
