Consignment/Memo

hi, is there any option for Consignment/Memo in and out entry we can do and also show in our stock?

Try Goods Receipts and Delivery notes Tabs.

Manager (or any other accounting program) is not the place to record consignments, because you never own items that are consigned to you for sale. Therefore, they never can be a part of your inventory. You can record their sale and the income from commissions, as well as the proceeds paid to their owners. But you cannot track the consignments themselves. For that, you will need to use some other method.

Therefore, @shahabb’s recommendation of using goods receipts and delivery notes is not appropriate, because those tabs apply only to actual inventory items (assets of the business).

Although it will not help with tracking consignments, you could use non-inventory items to define them. That will also help with entering sales, either through sales invoices or receipts. But I stress again, non-inventory items will not be tracked. Non-inventory items are just shortcuts for data entry and standardization. Whether it is useful to expend the effort of defining them depends on whether you will ever take the same consignment again. For example, if a local craftsperson consigns similar diamond rings to you for sale on a routine basis, a non-inventory item might be useful. But if the consignment is a single piece of antique jewelry, it probably would not be useful.
