cloud version is showing a very bad user interface in few laptops and working fine in other, i tried by resetting and updating my cloud version from portal, also tried and changed browsers but the the problem is still the same, @lubos please solve this problem, its been more than a month now
You need to provide some more information.
Such as. What are the configurations of both the computers on which you are seeing the correct view and the computers on which the view is not correct۔
Also, if you post a screenshot, it will be even easier to rectify the problem .
hello, thanks for your response brother, kindly explain a bit what sort of configurations? how to check them? inbtw one is window and other is macbook in which they are not working, these systems are using old windows/ operating systems, the ones which are working fine are windows but have updated windows. Lastly, it was working fine about 1 month ago approx. but its not working now
that’s the point update your system it will work fine.
