I have a few questions:

  1. Is this window Maximized?
  2. Are you zoomed in? i.e. zoom value greater than 100%
  3. What happened to the colors? Are you using custom style sheets?

Yes,

Windows 7.

However, I had upgraded to windows 10 , everything work fine now. Thanks
