using Mac book pro with ISO 14.2.1 (23C71), manager 24.4.4.1399
without making any changes on Mac or manger, manger main screen flip to horizontal mode, all icons related to summery are to the top of the screen.

That’s the mobile view. Have you zoomed in, perhaps?
never zoom in, I was working on the application and changed all of sudden
how to zoom in and out ??
note this desktop, not web based
Not 100% sure for Macs, but maybe Cmd- to zoom out on your keyboard?
using manager and Mac for past few yrs never experienced a such issue, lets wait for more advices

Apart from browser zoom level. Check for OS display scaling or font size maybe you have changed that on OS level.
all setting on default, I had done all basic trublshooting noting work
