Cloud Edition logging out multiple users with same ID

My company has been using manager cloud edition for around 3 to 4 months now.
It has been working fine.
We have just encountered a small problem around the first week of June and the problem still appears.

We have 3 stores in different locations. The main store uses manager cloud the whole day. The 2nd and 3rd store probably uses it in school uniform season, which is June until September.

The problem is that when the main store is using manager and the others login at the same time, it logs all of the 3 stores out. All 3 of the stores cannot use manager at the same time.

I think this could be happening because of 2 reasons.

  1. There is only 1 user and all of the 3 stores login with the same user.
  2. There are 3 different ip address, which could lead to security issues.

Is there a solution for this problem.

Why is that? Create separate username for each store. That will fix your issue.

The latest version (18.5.96) allows simultaneous logins using the same username.

Since most web-based apps already allow simultaneous logins using the same username, it only makes sense to make Manager behave the same to avoid confusion.

To review active logins, you need to click on your name in top-right corner. It will show where you are logged in. You can log out from other devices remotely.

Eventually I will find a better place for the list of active logins but for now, this should do.
