Changing text in Manager

Dear Sir,
In the left hand side of Manager we have Summary, Bank Account, Sales Invoice, Sales Quote etc. here I want to change a few mention below.

  1. Purchase Invoice to Bill or Invoice
  2. Supplier to Contractor.
    please suggest me option to do so.
