Dear sir,last 3 years i am use manager Server in angola now because of new rules of angolan governante need to certify this software from AGT (Angola government tax) i talk with tax person they told me software company contact for certify otherwise change software, pls need to your help as soon as possible

We do not follow through with any certification process. This has happened a few times before where the government in country A or country B has announced that only “certified” or “approved” accounting packages must be used. But never actually enforced the policy.
Thanks for the info, but I confirmed on the list of approved software companies that many software from outside software companies have already approved, but need a little discussion per Skype meeting, is it possible? Then they will be approve
