how I can able to see the Capital accounts movement for a partner in a report (all Capital subaccounts in a report for a partner) or in another word transactions of Closing balance for a partner not all partners together?

You cannot. The Capital Accounts Summary report includes all capital accounts owners.
in old version it was possible !!!

I am still looking for this Possibilities which the system has in old version but in updated versions were deleted.
