I’m trying to create a monthly statement for each partners capital account. Much like the “Capital Accounts Summary” but broken out for each individual Capital Account Holder so I can send them a monthly statement showing profit allocations, draws, contributions, etc… Is there a way to do this and can you please point me in the correct direction? Reports should include the information you want. But it will not be for just one individual. However, you might export it and produce individual statements from a spreadsheet.
OK. Thanks a lot… What option would you recommend for reporting the “account transactions” for each capital account?
In the Capital Accounts Summary, click on any of the blue figures to drill down and obtain a listing of what makes them up. You can export this. To produce a complete transaction summary, you would have to drill down and separately export contributions, draws, etc., and combine them in a spreadsheet.
